Celeste is very short for her age, but that doesn't mean you should underestimate her. Overall, her bone structure is very thin, but she is beyond flexible along with lots of energy and agility. Her whole shape is thin, but not too thin, average for her age and weight.
As bone structure goes, Celeste's legs are very long, and thin. Making it so they are light and let it so she can run long distances at very quick speeds. She build isn't very thick, considering she doesn't have much muscle. She relies mostly on her speed and flexibility, so muscle size isn't much of a conern to her.
Her face structure, on the other hand, is totally different. Although it is shaped, it still is somewhat chubby. Her baby fat hasn't been shedded yet, her face being an example. Having a rounder face makes her eyes appear very large. They are a dark gray-blue, framed by dark medium lengthed eyelashes. Her lips and nose are pretty averaged size, but her face is general is a very attractive feature on the young girl.
Besides her body structure, and face, Celeste has beautiful wavy dark brown hair that cascades past her waist. It frames her body well, which is why she rarely puts it up. Even though it gets in the way a lot, she ignores it. She knows her hair is an important feature on her body, and wants to flaunt it making sure everyone is aware of how proud of it she is. Celeste has not cut her hair in over five or six years, getting it trimmed here or there, her hair grows abnormally fast.

While the young teenager seems innocent, polite, and nice on the outside, she really isn't. She has a huge attitude, and being from district one she always wants to win. Winning is everything to her, so she rarely loses. Even if she does end up losing, she pretends like it didn't happen, or makes it so it seem like she did not.
Killing and bloode are two things that don't bother her. She takes a thrill in violence basically. She never backs down from a fight, being so she gets into a lot at school. Her winning and stubborn attitudes are never reduced nor are they destroyed. Which is why she is a tough opponent in a one on one battle.
At takes the girl can seem crazy. She talks to herself a lot, but only when she is alone. She chooses not to have many friends, but the ones she has she isn't very close to. Plenty of guys make moves on her or ask her out, which she accepts but only leads on. She loves to make someone believe that she cares or loves them, and then dropping them in the end. She never feels guilty about any of those things, either.
The Hunger Games is also something that intrigues Celeste, being a career and all. She's grown up learning and training for the game for the moment where she can volunteer to be apart of it. For now, she is content in staying quiet and awaiting the day where she feels that she is ready for that big jump in her life. The thought always makes her smile, thinking about all the killing and violence.
Celeste, being quick to the tongue, gets in trouble a lot. Especially by her parents. Like everyone else, she could care less about them. The only person she cares about is her little sister, Sierra. It's a mystery, and very random, but people don't think about it much. Celeste doesn't make sense at all really. Her punishments by her parents are usually useless, seeing as she's not affected easily, so they just send her off to more training sessions. Happily, she listens. When there, she practices running and throwing daggers. In which, she both skills exceptionally well in. Her aim almost never misses. WIth all those strengths, she obviously has weaknesses, right?
Well, for starters, strength and size overpower her, explaining why she relies on her speed so much. When on one and one combat, if the one person is bigger than she is, she would ost likely have trouble defeating that person. Realizing this, she'll probably run away, kind of like forfitting the match. She doesn't like to lose, but doesn't think giving up counts as one. She only thinks that if you give up, you could always try again. Which is exactly what she does... In time.
Another weakness for her is water. She cannot swim, well not very well. You could say trees is another, since she can't climb well either. Celeste tries her best to avoid those things, yet again relying on her speed to find safety. Caves and such are more of her style for hiding out, if she were ever in the hunger games.
Generally, she has a very straight forward and straight to the point personality. Other people's feelings or personalities don't concern her, but there are possible exceptions, such as her sister, and others. But those are rare. Mostly, she is rude and brutally honest, making it so it's hard to get along with her. Violence also shapes her into the person she is, so if you make her mad then you're in for it unless you can defend yourself and have an advantage over her. Other than that, she's the average career, thinking they're better than any other Hunger Games participates and such, depending on the character.
[bg=111111]WEAPON/S OF CHOICE »
[bg=0F0F0F] Mostly she relies on daggers, ones that are small and easy to handle since she can throw them pretty fast with promising accuracy. I guess on rare occasion, she could use just a mini knife or some sort, like in close combat training. But she's not trained quite as well to use it, as she is with the daggers. Even though she is somewhat skilled in quite a few weapons, her most promising and ones she would have the most luck with suceeding with are the ones listed above.

[bg=111111]FIGHTING EXPERIENCE »
[bg=0F0F0F] Like any career, she has grown up training for the Hunger Games. So it's the normal procedure: lots of experience with fighting. At school, and probably outside her training sessions she would get into small fights with people she didn't like, or who made her mad, and caused serious damage, but most of her fighting experience is her practice sessions.
[bg=111111][cs=2]FULL HISTORY »
Like the average career child, she was born and destined to someday be in the Hunger Games. She was born to Daniel and Tasha Torry. Her father, Daniel, won one of the Hunger Games a few years back, and then decided to marry a few years after. With that being said, Celeste was destined to take part in one of the Hunger Games and was trained especially to win. Which is what drives her the most.
She grew up living to her father's winning title, always hoping for her own. Ever sense she was of age to start her hardcore training, she never focused on socializing or making very many friends. She was just determined to concentrate on being the best career out there. She never wanted to be second or third best, she wanted to be one of those children that were looked upon and already people made predictions that she would win.
That, in fact, only drew her to train harder and push her more and more each and every day. Which turned out to be worth it. Celeste, however, developed a distant personality, almost hostile and mean because of this. Her parents don't seem to notice, only caring that she would someday win like her father had. Mantaining her father's reputation is very important to her, and she is willing to match it or even rise higher than he ever did.
Throughout her life she had no distractions, but even if there had been any crucial ones she made no mind to it. She was, and still is, too focused on her training and seriousness of her future. Family deaths didn't occur at anytime during her life, yet, so she never had any distractions. Although, she does have her weaknesses, and that is being one up'd. Or, in other words, realizing that someone is more skilled than her. She cannot stand that fact, so made it so that that wasn't easy to acheive for other careers or other children taking place in the games.
Growing up the games intrigued her, even though they were a brutal and bloody thing. Dark, even. Her father and her would be the only ones in the family who would actually take it seriously, while her mother was too occupied with Celeste's little sister to pay attention quite enough to get sucked into the game. In a lot of ways, Celeste is just like her father, stubborn, focused, loving violence, and determined to succeed at something they've grown up preparing for.
But her father is also very different from Celeste. He is more loving, more outgoing and approachable. Considering that he has a family and all.. Celeste could care less, and is only focused on her number one goal. Winning the Hunger Games.
Overall, her history isn't very interesting, considering it's the normal career's. Training, focusing, and looking forward to the day where they have the chance to volunteer for the Hunger Games. But like stated above, she's waiting for the right time to volunteer, she wants to make sure it's not too easy of a winning year. Which she claims she can feel, or tell, just by instinct. Which is probably exaggerated.

Tabitha walked down the sidewalk placing one foot after the other, slowly. She was taking her time, that was obvious, but what wasn't obvious was why she was doing so. She knew that if she hurried up and walked home her mom would be there drunk, or half starved, and end up eating all the groceries Tabitha had bought. Luckily, she hadn't bought any today. No money. Sighing loudly, she flung her hands above her head with her arms outstretched, and looked at the night sky. It was probably past curfew, but she didn't care. Being anywhere else but home was perfect for her. There wouldn't be a loud voice shouting at her all the time about her father. Or critisizing her about her partying habits and not getting a job. I could just move out if I wanted.
The girl smirked at the idea. It was always something she had in mind, but knew she couldn't afford it, and knew that her mother couldn't survive without her. She'd be better off if SMILE took her.. All respect for her parents was gone, and she didn't care. She was twenty one, which meant she could do whatever she wanted, right?
Tabitha arrived at the park accidently. At the edge was some swings that were unoccupied. Delight flushed over her. She hadn't swung on a swing in ages it seemed. Without hesitating, Tabitha ran over to the swing and plopped down on it. Quickly, she pumped her legs, making the swing go higher and higher. A wanting inside her then creeped up. Cigarette.. Hoping she still had some left, Tabitha reached into her pocket and brought out a normal cigarette pack. She then reached in her bra and brought out a lime green lighter that never seemed to run out of lighter fluid. With one slick movement, with no hardships over the faint wind, Tabitha lit her cigarette and placed her cigarette pack back in her pocket. She now only had four left. Damn.
Tabitha looked at the sky while she inhaled cigarette smoke and thought about things. She liked it better by herself, it helped her think like this, and nothing could change that. The cold air brushed against her skin making her shiver, and she cursed. Should have brought a jacket. Tabitha swung there for a few moments until she couldn't stand the cold anymore. Unhappily, she jumped off the swing and landed on her two feet with surprisingly perfect balance. "Fuck it." She murmered, and turned to go home, yet hesitated. Something was telling her that she shouldn't go home quite yet..
